Motivation

There are times when you become so depressed and you tend to stay in bed day after day.

You soon become accustomed to staying in your bed for most of the day.

Before long you find yourself so tired all the time.

You just lounge around in sleep wear and don’t even bother getting ready or dressed for the day.

Before you realize it days become weeks and weeks become months and this is your new normal.

Then one day, you feel so lost and can’t figure out how you even got to this point and why you are so tired all day everyday, even tho you spend most of your time asleep.

This was me.

For months I was like that. Tired all the time and hardly leaving my bed.

Then one random day, a thought crossed my mind. Perhaps I am tired and sleeping all day because I am always wearing pajamas and never getting dressed because I was only leaving my house once a week to go shopping and that was the only time I wore jeans, socks, and shoes. That was the only time I was out of my bed.

It dawned on me. The next morning, I got up out of my bed and put jeans on. I put socks and shoes on. Just by doing that I felt ready to face the day, do some cleaning, which at this point was very well needed, and I had more energy than I had in months…. And all I did was change out of my pajamas and get out of my bed. I didn’t even have to take a single nap that day.

It’s been two weeks since that day that I got out of my bed. And since then, I have spring cleaned every room in my home, lost weight, never take mid day naps anymore, and feel like I can do more.

So my biggest advice on motivation is get up, get dressed in street clothes, and be ready to tackle anything the day brings, and goals to set, and any tasks that need doing.

My next item of advice for motivation is listen to music. The right type of music can hype you up and get you excited. This makes boring, daunting tasks or chores seems easier to do.

The final piece of advice I have for you today is watch other people doing what you want to do but can’t seem to find motivation to do.

For example, let’s say you want to clean your house. Really deep clean each room. A good idea would be to watch videos of other people spring cleaning their homes or cleaning big messes and hoarders homes. Sometimes these homes take a lot of work, but in the end, the result is well worth it. Also, sometimes your house will seem clean and less daunting as some of those videos. And even if it is just as daunting, watching someone else do it can motivate you and inspire you to accomplish your goal.

I hope these ideas help motivate you.

Secret Number 5
Try new things. When you get bored in life, try something new and exciting. Take up a new hobby!

I hope you enjoyed this blog. Have a wonderful day!

To- Do and Ta-Da

Okay so when we make to-do lists we tend to hot down everything we feel we need to do.

Instead write want to-do list then these tasks won’t feel so daunting.

Check off and celebrate each and every completed task! Yay! Go you!

Then do a TA-DA List either daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly where you write down all the things you have accomplished in that time. Bug and small.

Self-Care For Mind, Body, and Soul

Self Care is essential. It is not selfish or conceited. There are many ways to practice self-care.

To care for your body you can exercise, practice good hygiene, eat healthy, drink water, and practice mindfulness.

To care for your mind you can journal, meditate, or use guided imagery. You can find many great journal questions on Google. Look up self- esteem questions, self- discovery questions, or self- love questions
And write the answers in a pretty notebook or journal.

To care for your soul, do something everyday that you enjoy and that makes you happy. It could be anything that brings you joy.

I highly recommend practicing self- care on a daily basis.

Whole Happy and Healthy

I am finally whole again. No more alters, instead I am one being again. I am happy. I have been journaling again and doing things like dancing and listening to music. I’ve been taking care of myself through self care and doing more for myself. I am doing well now. For four years I was a shell and dissociating a lot. Things have changed and now I am present and aware of things. Boom! Life is Beautiful ❤️

I am under no obligation to make sense to you.

What I do is what I want. If I change my mind oh well. If I make a bad mistake and then try to correct it oh well. People screw up and life is often messy. Nothing is an obligation. I am not obligated to do anything or to anyone. I am my own person and I do what makes me happy. Oh well. If people can’t accept that then that’s not my problem. If people get mad at MY life decisions that have absolutely nothing to do with them, oh well.

I live my life as I see fit. Point blank and simple.

No one can tell me what to do or how to act or what to think. I am my own person.

We are all only obligated to ourselves. We are allowed to make choices and decisions that make us happy. We are allowed to have our share of mistakes. No one is perfect. We are all human.

So, love me or hate me, I no longer care. Oh well.
